Plant Experiments

Have you every wondered if fertilizer actually makes a plant grow better? or
If we watered a plant with Mountain Dew would it still be able to germinate?
What soil is best for growing seeds in?
Do seeds need light to germinate?
When a light source is only coming from one direction, how long will it take a plant to bend toward that source?
Does it matter which way a seed is tilted; will roots still grow down and shoots still grow up?
Can you remove chlorophyll from a plant?
We are finding this out through a number of plant experiments.
Tell me about what you have observed happening in the room or what predictions you have about any of the questions?
